The first way is to create a top quality information product in an ever green market. What I mean by an ever green market is a market that is not so much affected by seasons of trends, markets that have a lot of hungry buyers that are going to be there for a very long time. Some examples of these kinds of markets would be the relationship or dating markets or the health and wellness market.
Once you create a top quality and high converting product you want to then focus on collecting an army of affiliates to help you promote it. You will want to start off by putting your product in an affiliate network like Commission Junction or ClickBank.

What you want to do to find a great network marketing or MLM company that has a great compensation plan and top quality consumable products. To make this model work you still want to have the same two pillars as the first model.
You want to create a sales funnel to sell the products which will earn you a residual income and you also want to have a sales funnel that is focused on your affiliates or business builders.
You want to also provide training, support and plug and play marketing materials that work, as you build up both pillars this will also create a very strong residual income.
